We're looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join our Head Office team in Hanger Green. This is a broad, high-profile role at the heart of our business, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence decision-making and strengthen financial control across a growing listed Group.

Taking ownership of the accounting and financial reporting for our Head Office functions.

Managing month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.

Preparing monthly management accounts and performance reports.

Delivering insightful variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.

Partnering with budget holders and senior stakeholders across the business.

Leading the annual budgeting process for corporate functions.

Producing forecasts and supporting strategic planning activities.

Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations across Group businesses and challenging outstanding issues.

Supporting subsidiary finance teams to improve controls and reporting consistency.

Driving continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting and controls.

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience with relevant Group finance experience.

Strong management accounting, financial reporting or finance business partnering experience.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of key areas of responsibility.

Confident building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.

Someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge, supporting colleagues and helping build a strong finance function.
