Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation in a timely manner
- Support bookkeeping activities by managing invoices, receipts, and expenses
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
