JM Harji Construction Ltd is an expanding, medium-sized building company specialising in high-end residential extensions and refurbishments across the HA and WD postcode areas. We're looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a hands-on position — you'll be on the tools consistently while also managing the day-to-day running of the site and overseeing a small team of workers. You'll report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, to a high standard, and on schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working on-site as part of the team, hands-on, day to day
- Managing and coordinating a small team of workers on-site
- Overseeing daily site operations and progress
- Liaising directly with the Project Manager on programme, materials, and site issues
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship on high-end residential projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction
- Proven experience running a site and managing a small team
- Experience with high-end residential extensions/refurbishments (preferred)
- Must have own tools
- Must be CIS registered, or able to register before starting
- Hard-working, reliable, and able to lead by example
