People Support is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Community Care Workers to support people living independently in Aberystwyth and the surrounding areas.

Pay & Benefits
- Weekdays: £14.00 per hour
- Weekends: £14.40 per hour
- Paid travel time at your hourly rate
- 45p per mile when using your own vehicle

What You'll Do
As a Community Care Worker, you will provide personalised care and support to individuals within their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and connected to their community.
Your duties may include:
- Supporting with personal care, washing, dressing and grooming
- Assisting with medication administration or prompting
- Preparing meals, drinks and snacks
- Supporting with shopping and daily living tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping people access their local community
- Assisting with mobility and moving & handling equipment
- Supporting individuals with complex needs
- Delivering compassionate end-of-life care when required
- Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with the wider care team
