We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team at Caer Rhun Hall. We have opportunities available on a full-time, part-time, and casual basis, offering flexibility to suit a range of candidates.
The Role
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our guests across weddings, events, and daily operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high standards of food and beverage service
- Setting up and clearing down event spaces and service areas
- Supporting weddings, private events, and functions
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all service areas
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver seamless operations
About You
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
