- 7:30am–4:00pm, 2 days per week
- 7:30am–5:00pm, 2 days per week
- 7:30am–4:30pm on Fridays
- Work from home on Wednesdays

The Role – What You'll Be Doing:
As Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the continued success and growth of the Manchester branch.
You'll be responsible for:
- Bringing new ideas to the table and helping shape the branch's continued success
- Managing and developing relationships across a large client base, including schools that work exclusively with Vision for Education
- Driving business development through relationship-building, outreach and networking
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Visiting schools and strengthening client relationships
- Finding, engaging and placing brilliant educators into the right roles
- Using social media, headhunting and networking to build strong candidate talent pools
- Managing applications, interviews, references and placements
- Using Salesforce to manage activity, track progress and maximise opportunities
- Supporting schools with sponsorship opportunities
- Leading by example and contributing to a positive, high-performing branch culture
- Supporting the development and performance of your team
- Acting as an ambassador for The Edwin Group's ESG strategy and demonstrating a commitment to our ESG policies, developments and initiatives
Who We're Looking For:
You'll be an experienced education recruitment professional with a proven track record of success who's ready to take the next step into branch leadership.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven billing experience within education recruitment
- Experience of mentoring, coaching or leading others
- A strong understanding of education recruitment and the Manchester market
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for client visits)
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative sales approach
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised and resilient approach
- The confidence to take ownership and make decisions
- A genuine passion for developing people and building successful teams
- The drive to exceed targets while maintaining high ethical standards
