Duties:
- Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the dining area, counter, and front of house spotless, organized, and inviting
- Promote daily specials and menu items, upselling when appropriate
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely, accurate food delivery
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, friendly, and passionate about providing top-quality customer service
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front-of-house role within a similar casual dining or independent restaurant setting
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service; understanding of pizza and Italian cuisine is a plus
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
