At Window Cleaner Ben & Co, business is booming! Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable, motivated, and energetic Window Cleaning Operative to join our close-knit team.
If you love working outdoors, staying active, and putting a smile on customers' faces, this is the perfect role for you. No experience? No problem. We pride ourselves on top-tier training.
What the Role Looks Like
You’ll be out and about servicing both residential and commercial properties. This isn't just about cleaning windows; it’s about delivering an amazing customer experience.
- Modern Tech: You’ll be trained to use cutting-edge Pure Water High-Reach Poles and advanced gutter vacuum systems.
- Safety First: We take Health & Safety seriously. We keep "working at height" to an absolute minimum to keep you safe on the job.
- Brand Ambassador: You’ll represent the business proudly, chatting with customers and helping us grow by spotting new opportunities and upselling services.
- On the Move: Driving company vehicles safely between sites and keeping your kit in top-notch condition.
What We Are Looking For
You don’t need a background in window cleaning, but you do need the right attitude.
The Essentials:
- A full UK Driving Licence (Absolutely non-negotiable).
- Cracking communication skills and a natural knack for customer service.
- A great team-player attitude—reliable, committed, and professional.
- A good level of fitness (you’ll be on your feet and moving!).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check prior to a permanent contract offer.
The Hours: Shifts are generally Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (including a 1-hour of breaks). We need you to be flexible, and please note that Bank Holidays are part of our normal working week!
