Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Converter to join our team at the Brombrough site. The ideal candidate will possess a mixed skill set and a keen eye for detail. The role involves all aspects of the conversion process, working both individually and as part of a team.
You will be responsible for the initial stripping of a vehicle interior, assembly and installation of an interior bespoke to the design including installing lifts/ramps.
The ideal candidate will have experience in this or a similar role with the ability to work efficiently and to a high standard and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
● Working with wood, metal, and composites
● Carpet and vinyl fitting
● Trimming
● Fitment of tail-lifts, ramps, and other components
● Basic electrical work
● Using various hand and power tools
Training:
Training will be provided in-house with hands-on experience, alongside potential external courses.
Key Requirements:
● Full clean UK driving license (mandatory)
● Previous experience in vehicle conversion or similar roles is desirable
● Must possess a practical skill set and be adaptable
● Competent using power tools along with hand tools such as sealant application guns.

Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week
● Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (with a 30 minute unpaid break each day)
● Periodic overtime may be required to suit the needs of the business.
Salary:
● Competitive starting salary based on experience, qualifications, and suitability.
