Unity Dental Group is a small group of six practices, operating in the Devon wide area. With a mainly private patient database, Unity has an innovative and forward-thinking approach to the management of groups of practices. The unique and innovative management structure within the group means growth is faster than in a traditional 'corporate' set up - which we are absolutely not.
We are looking for a practice manager to join our group, to manage our Golds Place Dental Practice in Cullompton
The right person must (as a minimum):
1) Be dedicated, hardworking, smart, punctual & lead by example.
2) Have a thorough understanding of and competence in HR related issues, such as (but not limited to) appraisals, performance management, disciplinaries and grievance procedures.
3) Have a firm grasp on the compliance-based requirements of the industry and be able to competently manage every facet of compliance based operations within the practice.
4) Have a good understanding of financial performance, including analysing financial performance and working with senior management to interpret and take action with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5) Be able to support the marketing team in the gathering of content for social media channels, analysis of return on investment (ROI) and partake in the formulation of innovative and attractive marketing campaigns.
6) Ideally has a clincial background in Dentistry
