Machine Operator
Location: Louth, Lincolnshire
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Note: The late shift is a compressed 4-day working week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup: Accurately and efficiently setting up production machinery in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Maintaining high-quality standards across all production processes at all times.
- Maintenance: Cleaning down, servicing, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Health & Safety: Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and free from hazards, alongside completing safety checklists at the start of each shift.
- Logistics: Strapping and preparing pallets safely, ready for dispatch.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required as full training is provided, though a background in production is a plus.
- A valid UK Driving Licence (preferred).
- A Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.71-£13.71 per hour
