Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging learning activities that promote child development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's development.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- L3 Childcare qualification
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
- Passion for early years education and commitment to children's welfare.
