Job Description
beverley westholme cars is seeking a controller to join our team. This position will be responsible for answering the phone and the handling of all incoming calls, dealing with members of the public at all times. The position will be responsible for entering data into the computer system and maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer the phone in a timely manner
- Perform all duties onto the computer sytem accurately.
- Dispatch jobs to drivers
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or telephone operation environment preferred, but not essential, as full training will be given
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
MUST BE RELIABLE
Applicants must be over the age of 18 & a basic disclosure check must be submitted if successful.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
