Job Overview
Due to the success of our Coach Partnership with Leisuretime by Toureasy and the growth of our holiday program we require yet another skilled Coach Drivers to join our team.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe and clean vehicle.
Duties
- Operate the coach in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the allocated vehicle is in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and orderly interior, ensuring passenger comfort.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information on routes whilst always maintaining a professional manor.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, including those with disabilities.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep accurate records of daily trips, including passenger counts and any incidents.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Commercial Coach Driver essential.
- A valid commercial PCV driving licence is essential, along with a clean driving record.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting minor issues.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with passengers and team members.
