A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.

And are able to:

Be accountable for the team in the Chef Managers absence, whilst maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations

Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves

Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
-
Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
-
Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.

Be a skilled multitasker

An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
-
Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Qualifications
Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are Desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.

Between £13.16 per hour or above (Depending on Experience) with a minimum of 35 hours per week
