You’ll continue delivering exceptional, person-centred care while supporting the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to maintain high standards across the service. Your responsibilities will include:* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care.* Supporting and mentoring Care & Support Workers.* Supporting the induction, shadowing and ongoing development of new team members.* Promoting best practice and maintaining high standards of care.* Completing quality assurance tasks, spot checks and observations as required.* Reporting concerns promptly and contributing to continuous service improvement.* Working closely with the management team to ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and company policies.We’re looking for someone who:* Has previous experience working within the care sector.* Is compassionate, reliable and organised.* Leads by example and supports colleagues.* Has excellent communication skills.* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.* Is registered with, or willing to register with, the SSSC.Interested?
