We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role that will play a key part in the day-to-day running of our business.
The successful candidate will support the office with a range of administrative and accounting duties, assist with preparing quotations for customers, process invoices, manage client communications, and help ensure our operations run smoothly.
This position would suit someone who has previous administrative experience, whether within a similar industry or another sector, as well as individuals who have a good understanding of office processes and are looking to build a long-term career in administration and business support.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier and customer invoices
- Assisting with accounting and financial administration tasks
- Preparing and issuing quotations for works
- Managing incoming telephone calls and emails
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting engineers and management with administrative tasks
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments where required
- Assisting with document preparation and reporting
- General office administration duties as required
Out-of-Hours Call Handling
As part of the role, you will participate in a 1-in-4 out-of-hours telephone rota. This involves being available to answer and manage urgent client calls outside of normal working hours on a rotational basis.
Full training and support will be provided.

- Is confident speaking with customers and colleagues
- Has good attention to detail and accuracy
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Is reliable, professional and customer-focused
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous office administration experience
- Experience processing invoices or supporting accounting functions
- Experience preparing quotations or estimates
- Knowledge of accounting software (desirable but not essential)
- Experience within a service, engineering, construction or facilities management environment would be advantageous but is not required
