VendNation is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of no-cost entertainment and competitive socialising solutions. We build, brand, install and maintain machines including photobooths, interactive darts and arcade machines; supplying them on revenue-share agreements to venues across the hospitality and leisure sectors, as well as seasonal markets and music festivals.
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding team and manage the sales for two key growth areas for the business - UK Events and European permament installations. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience operating in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, and be confident in speaking to prospects, building client relationships and driving sales growth.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events photobooths service, which supplies booths to large scale events including music festivals and Christmas markets. They will be responsible for managing existing relationships and securing new business, as well as overseeing the logistics of installations and ensuring a smooth process for the installation teams.
In addition to this, they will also be responsible for identifying and securing new business for permanent photobooth installations across Europe.
With an uncapped commission structure and near unlimited sales potential, this role is ideally suited for someone who is ambitious, focussed and looking to grow and develop responsibilities as the business grows.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused and passionate individual who is capable of working independently. As a client-facing member of the team, they will be friendly and professional, capable of representing the business in front of everyone from independent festivals to key decision makers in large national brands.
Experience in utilising digital CRM systems is desirable but not critical, but it is essential that they have the ability to think on their feet, pre-empting and addressing potential issues that might block a successful sale, before they become a problem.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in events and will be confident in managing the logistics of multiple events simultaneously.
The successful candidate will require a full UK driving licence.

Main Duties
· Responding to inbound enquiries and qualifying genuine leads & opportunities
· Identifying and engaging new sales opportunities through outreach, networking and referrals
· Researching leads and determining suitability for our products
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
· Manage relationships with event organisers to ensure repeat business year after year
· Present VendNation’s products to potential clients, assess suitability, and negotiate & close sales deals
· Travel to prospective venues to carry out site visits
· Manage own sales pipeline, ensuring leads are engaged with swiftly and efficiently
· Oversee logistics relating to event installations, ensuring all access and accreditation arrangements are made in advance
· Ensure won deals are handed over to production and installation teams with all necessary information
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor products and industry developments
· Represent the business at trade shows and exhibitions

Job Location
This role is primarily based at our offices in West Bromwich, however you will be expected to travel across the country to visit prospective customers, represent the business at events and support other business needs where required. Some European travel may be required on occasion.
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
