What we’re looking for.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to step up
- Strong background in fresh food kitchens
- Passion for brunch, breakfast, seasonal cooking, and quality ingredients
- Experience managing kitchen finance inc budgets
- A hands on approach and willingness to help build something special
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
You will be responsible for
- Designing and developing innovative brunch and breakfast menu’s
- Establishing kitchen systems, procedures and standards
- Managing food costs and stock control
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (minimum Level 2 food hygiene certificate)
- Working closely with the owners to develop and maintain seasonal menus
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
