Duties
- Lead generation: proactively identify and attract potential candidates through diverse channels such as social media platforms, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (Rocket)
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong lead generation abilities to source high-quality candidates consistently.
- Experience with Rocket or similar CRM tools to manage client relationships and recruitment pipelines.
- Knowledge of social media management strategies for talent attraction and employer branding.
- Familiarity with human resources practices, including relationship management and candidate engagement.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies like Workday or Taleo for streamlined recruitment processes.
