As our Baby Room Lead, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where babies can thrive, learn, and develop. You'll lead a team of practitioners, build strong relationships with families, and help deliver outstanding childcare every day.

We are a setting open 7am-6pm, so shift patterns would be 7-5.30pm & 7.30-6pm
