As a Senior Client Partner, you will act as a consultancy-level business leader, treating your eventual portfolio like it is your own enterprise. You will hold total ownership over commercial performance, client satisfaction, and strategic direction.
Beyond managing top-tier client relationships, you will be an agency-wide leader—shaping our operating model, piloting future-defining AI/automation initiatives, and mentoring the next generation of industry talent.
Integrated Strategic Leadership: Set the strategic agenda for your portfolio (Effectiveness Roadmaps, annual plans, and senior workshops). Shape unified Media, Creative, and Data narratives that drive real business transformation.
Commercial Acumen & Portfolio Growth: Take full accountability for revenue, margins, forecasting, and multi-year contract negotiations. Target 100% budgeted revenue and drive 20%+ organic growth year-on-year.
Relationship & Influence Mastery: Own senior C-suite, Board, and Director-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who spends meaningful physical time with clients to deepen partnership trust.
Consultative Problem Solving: Lead structured, hypothesis-led problem solving for complex marketing and organizational challenges. Guide both internal teams and clients on how to leverage AI, automation, and agent-based systems.
Cross-Functional Fluency: Partner with our Client Delivery Centre of Excellence to ensure integrated excellence across planning, execution, and reporting.
Senior Leadership Experience: A proven track record in a senior client-facing consultancy, digital transformation, or strategic marketing role.
Portfolio & Commercial Mastery: Demonstrated experience managing complex client portfolios, including full ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
C-Suite Influence: Exceptional ability to command a room, guide multi-stakeholder environments, and build deep trust with C-suite clients.
Analytical Narrative Building: High emotional intelligence paired with advanced strategic and analytical communication skills.
Background working in deeply integrated environments (Media + Data + Creative).
Experience leading large-scale marketing transformations or organisational changes.
Experience in public speaking, panel panels, or publishing industry thought leadership.
Client Satisfaction: Maintaining a world-class NPS score of >9.
Commercial Excellence: Achieving 100% budgeted revenue and 95% forecasting accuracy.
Team Growth: Developing high-performing team members and preparing future agency leaders.
Agency Innovation: Contributing to at least two business-wide initiatives per year (e.g., our proprietary AI/operating model).
