Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and organisation, looking to contribute to a professional environment. Prior experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is essential, however training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional cleaning services to the highest standard in residential and commercial properties.
- Carry out general, deep, end-of-tenancy, and specialist cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Follow Tailored Touch Cleaning's checklists, procedures, and quality standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitise, and disinfect all designated areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and communal spaces thoroughly.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Handle clients' homes and belongings with professionalism, care, and respect.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Arrive punctually, in full uniform, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Tailored Touch Cleaning in a positive manner.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleans efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional, and respectful when interacting with clients.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out cleaning duties.
- Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and company procedures.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
