We are looking for an exceptional front-of-house team member to join our clinic and work alongside our existing team
The role will be front-of-house and reception, with some patient coordination. You will be replacing our current patient receptionist and co-ordinator, who is going on maternity leave, but this role is for a permanent position.
We want someone enthusiastic, with excellent communication and organisational skills, who can create a fantastic, welcoming environment for our patients.
You will work alongside our other receptionist, practice manager, and clinical director.
Minimum requirements:
- Front of house experience in a private dental practice of at least 2 years
- Good knowledge of clinical treatments, including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign and cosmetic procedures
- Excellent communication skills and manner (email, Social media, WhatsApp, phone and video calls)
- Ability to learn new software swiftly

Tuesday to Thursday: 08:45 - 13:45
Friday: 08:45 - 19:00
Saturday: 08:45 - 17:00
Sunday: Off
Monday: Off

Responsibilities
We will shape your specific role after discussing your strengths and weaknesses, but as a guide, this is what we imagine you working on
- Handling inbound enquiries via SM, WhatsApp, phone and email
- Discussing the patient’s treatment options and finance plans when required to do so, following the advice of the clinical team
- Following up with patients after they leave the clinic and providing any further assistance
- Tracking patient and treatment lists
- Preparing reports on patient conversions
- Helping the team with marketing ideas and campaigns
