We're not looking for somebody who is happy doing the minimum required.
We're looking for somebody who gets excited by creating exceptional experiences, building relationships and helping a business continually improve.
This is not a role where patients are left to browse frames on their own.
Instead, you'll help guide, style and advise patients throughout their journey, building genuine relationships and ensuring they leave feeling confident in their choices.
The team are looking for somebody with energy, enthusiasm and initiative. Somebody who enjoys being involved, takes ownership and genuinely cares about delivering outstanding service.
The Role
- Welcoming patients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Delivering personalised frame styling consultations and eyewear recommendations
- Managing appointments, administration and patient communications
- Supporting collections, adjustments and aftercare
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the practice
- Taking ownership of tasks and helping ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day
- Contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to improve processes and patient experience
