Aran Homes are looking for Support Workers to make a positive difference to the lives of our clients with mental health needs. We provide high quality person-centered support, motivation and encouragement to clients, promoting independence, choice and control of their lives.
We are looking for highly motivated and hard-working individuals who are resourceful and energetic. The role requires clear & professional communication skills, & involves working with clients, their professional team, family and friends to achieve positive outcomes.
You will be required to work flexibly on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, flexibility is necessary.
Previous experience & competence will be required in the areas below:
- Safeguarding & risk management
- Medication administration
- Accurate record-keeping
- Delivering structured 1:1 support
- Strong organisational & prioritisation ability.
