MFL Teacher (Modern Foreign Languages)

Excell Supply is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teachers to work in secondary schools across Flint. Whether looking for flexible day-to-day supply work or a long-term teaching position, Excell Supply has opportunities to suit experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a love of languages and an understanding of different cultures, delivering engaging lessons in languages such as French, Spanish, or German, and helping students build strong communication skills for the future.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages language development and cultural awareness.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to the wider school community where required.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at secondary school level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for languages and inspiring young people.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
