We are recruiting several van drivers for our client based in Worcester- Immediate start available
You will be delivering products to households and some heavy lifting may be required.·
Your working day will be 10-12hrs and your start time will be from 4am and onwards
· PAYE £13.13 per hour or £14.71 with rolled holiday Monday to Friday – between 0400am-0700am start
· Drivers must be 25 and over and have some commercial van driving experience.
These vacancies are temp to perm and permanent contract will be offered after probationary period is complete.

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Van Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the flow of operations within our warehouse.
Duties
- Safely operate a van to deliver goods to various locations as per the delivery schedule.
- Load and unload items, ensuring all goods are secured properly during transport.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or damages encountered during transport.
- Assist in warehouse duties when not driving, including inventory management and organisation of stock.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Must be organised, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
