Responsibilities
- Execute a wide range of renovation tasks including carpentry, roofing repairs or installations, and construction painting to enhance the aesthetic and structural integrity of homes
- Install and repair plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Perform masonry work such as bricklaying or concrete finishing to strengthen foundations and walls
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks for custom fixtures or structural modifications as needed
- Handle electrical wiring and components safely for lighting, outlets, or appliance installations
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete projects accurately and safely
- Collaborate with team members to plan project timelines, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure quality control throughout each phase of renovation
Requirements
- Proven experience in house renovation or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, fabrication, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes relevant to residential renovation projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality standards
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks over extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
