As Head of Strategic Performance & Strategy, you will take ownership of performance across a £450m+ operational landscape, operating at the point where critical decisions are made and real outcomes are delivered.

You will define direction, build the systems that enable execution, and ensure results are delivered and sustained.

What You’ll Be Doing

Taking full ownership of performance, identifying and unlocking improvements across cost, delivery, risk, and asset reliability

Turning ambition into execution, translating strategy into clear plans and leading delivery end-to-end

Leading major transformation programmes, not just designing them, but ensuring benefits are realised and sustained

Building the operating backbone of the organisation, from governance to performance frameworks to decision-making structures

Creating clarity at scale, ensuring teams understand priorities, accountability, and how results are delivered

Redesigning how work gets done, embedding efficiency, resilience, and consistency into core processes
