Cedar Court Nursing Dementia Care Home is a privately-owned nursing home. Our Dementia Care Unit is registered for a maximum of 45 service users and our General Unit is registered for 30 users. The home is based in a convenient location just off the A511 in South Derbyshire and just 5 miles from Burton on Trent.
We are currently looking for a Domestic Assistant to join our dedicated team.
We specialise in caring for people with dementia with a friendly and empathetic approach. We ensure that residents can still enjoy the freedom and lifestyle of their choice, whilst receiving care that is appropriate to their needs built on dignity and respect.
In the role of Domestic Assistant, you would be working to support the Support Services side of the Care Home.
Domestic - What you will be doing: -
· Maintain high standards of cleaning and management of materials.
· Cleaning bedrooms bathrooms and communal areas
· Deep cleaning as and when required
· On occasions working within the laundry room
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience is desired but not essential as training will be given.
