SENIOR BOOKER / TELESALES EXECUTIVE WANTED

Basic + Uncapped Commission - OTE £50,000+
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 10am – 7pm

We’re a fast-growing luxury Model Portfolio & Development Studio with established studios in Manchester and Leeds, and big plans ahead. We’re hiring one exceptional Senior Booker to join us. This is a rare chance to get in early with a proven brand that’s expanding fast — and grow with it.
No cold calling. Ever. We generate a high volume of warm inbound leads every day from people who have already applied to start their modelling journey, build their confidence, or shoot a professional portfolio. Your job is to call them, excite them, and get them booked in.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Calling and following up warm inbound leads — speaking with aspiring models, parents, influencers and professionals
- Selling our luxury portfolio experience with energy and professionalism
- Handling objections confidently and creating urgency
- Confirming bookings and maximising attendance — clients who show up, not just names in a diary
- Managing follow-ups, texts and CRM notes
- Smashing daily and weekly booking targets

WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ years in telesales or booking — and the numbers to prove it
- A confident closer with a professional, high-energy phone manner
- Target-driven, organised, and serious about earning money
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment | Fluent English essential
- Background in beauty, photography, modelling, luxury or high-end sales a big plus
