Case Officer - High Rise Management and Investment

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join the High Rise Management and Investment service.
The successful candidate will support the Property Managers, and work closely with Construction Project Managers, to assist the team in delivering the Management and Factoring of high-rise building stock across the city.
They will lead in managing all project related contact with private owners and tenants, guiding them through vote and engagement processes for varying projects including construction, maintenance, health and safety improvements, with a site presence during delivery. Case Officer will be the main point of contact for all,throughout projects, providing support and signposting.
You should be confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external including; designers, contractors, housing officers, tenant liaison officers, residents and concierge teams to drive forward projects.
Case Officer will work closely with the Council Communications Team where appropriate to seek advice, and to develop communication plans and correspondence.
The postholder will be responsible for assisting in securing private owner agreement, following the guidance set out in the Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004, and delivering common repairs projects, enabling investment to be taken forward in mixed tenure blocks where the Council has an interest.
The postholder will have a close working relationship with the Council legal team and have the ability to analyse title deeds.
The successful candidate for this post will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, case management skills and a commitment and drive to assist the surveying team in the delivery of large scale, housing investment.
Experience of customer services, IT systems operation, administration skills is essential alongside an ability to think strategically and work with stakeholders to develop innovative approaches to delivering investment to mixed tenure blocks with private and Council tenant homes.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in face-to face customer engagement, and be comfortable in handling difficult or sensitive professional conversations, maintaining professionalism and delivering positive outcomes.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
