Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Aberdeen, Scotland. What you'll do:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Assign and monitor maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support preventive and reactive maintenance across facilities and equipment.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections and help identify maintenance priorities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and basic reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments when required.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of maintenance materials and supplies.
- Help resolve maintenance issues efficiently to minimize operational downtime.
- Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and support a team effectively.
- Basic knowledge of building, facilities, or equipment maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications for reporting and scheduling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, operations, engineering support, construction, or a supervisory role is beneficial but not essential.
- Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
