As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to accelerate new business wins across our target sectors.
Key Responsibilities
About You

Proven hunter with a strong track record of winning new business in a B2B environment

Experience within folding cartons / packaging / manufacturing highly desirable

Commercially driven with the ability to open doors and close deals

Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused

Able to manage your own pipeline and prioritise effectively

Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)

Full UK driving licence
