heatingsmart is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our field-based team, working across hospitality and commercial sites throughout Kent, London and Essex.
Key responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair commercial air-conditioning systems
- Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance
- Work on split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems
- Complete all job records and compliance documentation accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers and site teams
- Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service
- Work effectively in busy, live hospitality environments
Essential requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or equivalent
- Current F-Gas Category 1 certification
- Current G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Relevant health and safety certification, including a valid CSCS or SKILLcard
- Strong fault-finding, servicing and maintenance experience
- Commercial air-conditioning experience
- Experience working within hospitality environments
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
IPAF, PASMA, electrical qualifications and manufacturer-specific training would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone dependable, professional and comfortable working independently across multiple customer sites.
Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
