● Inspection, testing and replacement of electrical accessories
● Basic plumbing repairs
● Lock repairs and replacements
● Minor roofing repairs
● General building maintenance
● Carpentry and other reactive maintenance tasks where required
Our engineers are expected to provide practical solutions, work to a high standard, and represent the company professionally at all times.
About You
You will be a fully qualified electrician with excellent fault-finding skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload, and adapting to a varied range of maintenance tasks.

● NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
● 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
● Full UK Driving Licence
● Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience
● Excellent customer service and communication skills

● Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
● Experience within facilities management or building maintenance
● Multi-skilled maintenance experience across other trades
● Knowledge of plumbing, roofing, carpentry or general building repairs
