The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced labourer, looking to build a career with a growing company. The successful candidate will work closely with site managers, carpenters, and subcontractors, helping to ensure projects run efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected on our sites. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is proactive and is willing to get involved in all aspects of construction.
Responsibilities
- Assisting carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians and other trades
- Site set-up and maintenance
- Keeping sites clean, organised and safe
- Material handling and deliveries
- Assisting with demolition and strip-out works
- Basic carpentry and construction tasks where appropriate
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Supporting site managers with daily site operations
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Essential Requirments
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous construction site experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Pay: £120.00-£180.00 per day
