Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach to join our team, with a Rugby background being prefererable. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Lead and or Assistant Coaches across a variety of products while planning and delivering high-quality, age-appropriate activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire athletes across various age groups and skill levels while promoting a positive sporting environment. The Head Coach will play a vital part in the organisation’s commitment to excellence and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and motivate Lead and or multiple casual Assistant Coaches across a range of products to include PPA, After School Clubs , Holiday Camps and Weekends (optional) sessions.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions for these products
- On site designated first aider at Weekends, Camps and After School Clubs
- Provide excellent customer service to the children, their parents, guardians and carers
- Ad hoc administrative tasks to support delivery of products
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
