We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Support Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assist nursing staff with the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Support patients with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and other relevant health information accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Utilise IT systems to update patient records and document care activities efficiently
- Organise supplies and equipment required for patient care to ensure readiness at all times
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in nursing or healthcare support is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with patients and team members
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT literacy for updating electronic health records and documentation purposes
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support patient wellbeing
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability

Pay: £12.71-£12.81 per hour
