Summary
'The Assistant Manager' role at Grafton Fleet Motorcycles is pivotal in supporting our management team to deliver exceptional fleet solutions. Located at Bletchley Milton Keynes, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company dedicated to innovative logistics services and customer satisfaction.
Day to Day-
- You'll be responsible for assisting the management team in overseeing daily operations of the fleet services.
- Overseeing on site workshop where fleet bikes are regularly serviced and repaired
- Identifying technical problems with bikes and providing solutions
- Meeting and managing targets to fulfil client demand
- Supporting day to day logistic requirements such as part ordering, bike transportation, order fulfilment and client management
What we're looking for:
- Strong mechanical knowledge of 2 wheel - this is a must have and a non negotiable.
- Proven management and supervisory experience in a customer facing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with customer service and client relations.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
