What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting visitors with activities and attractions
- Ensuring all play and activity areas remain safe and clean
- Monitoring attractions and following safety procedures
- Supporting birthday parties, group bookings, and special events
- Serving food and drinks (where required)
- Handling admissions and payments
- Working as part of a positive, supportive team
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with children and families
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and school holidays
- Previous customer service, hospitality, leisure, or retail experience is beneficial but not essential
