We are seeking a dedicated Fish Fryer to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
- Assist in meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of dishes
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or contamination
- Support team members during busy service times to ensure smooth operation
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, particularly with fish or seafood dishes
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various culinary techniques
- Previous kitchen experience within a restaurant or catering environment is desirable
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues
