Shift:
Days – Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
Main job functions:
- Responsible for the accurate creation and maintenance of all departmental documentation
- Ensure all project work is carried out in line with agreed schedules
- Identifies areas for self and team development
- Coordinate third party companies during the life cycle of Epson production equipment
- The maintenance of all supporting documentation for new and existing machinery, in accordance with relevant legislation
- Maintenance of departmental policies and procedures in line with company directives

- Technical File (UKCA)
- Scheduling
- UKCA Testing
External Machinery
- Scheduling
- UKCA Compliances
TENs Project
- Scheduling of relevant projects
Departmental
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Policies and Procedures
- Documentation
Skills required:
- Be able to work both as part of a team and individually
- Clear effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- PC literate in Microsoft office
- Methodical / logical approach
- Individual and team time management
- Take ownership of tasks
- Adhere to Epson's Environment and Quality policies, and ISO 14001 and 9001 management systems
- Ensure responsible waste management through waste segregation
- Stay informed about environmental impacts in your role, working to prevent, minimize, and report potential pollution incidents, contributing to our commitment to sustainability
Qualifications required – essential:
- HNC or Level 4 equivalent, in a relevant Engineering or project management principle
- Previous project management experience
- PRINCE2 qualification
