- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions with basic maths skills to ensure accuracy in payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide assistance to team members as needed, fostering a supportive work environment.
Experience
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment is highly valued.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques are beneficial.
