We are looking for a reliable and caring Housekeeper to join our nursery team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, play areas, toilets, and common spaces.
- Ensure toys, equipment, and surfaces are safe and hygienic.
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Wash, dry, and organise laundry, including children’s bedding and soft toys.
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain hygiene standards.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Support the nursery team in creating a healthy and nurturing environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (experience in a nursery or childcare setting is a plus).
- Understanding of hygiene and safety practices, especially around children.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.

Monday - Friday 4.30pm-6.30pm
