Cleaner (Part-Time) – 12 Hours per Week

Hours: Approximately 12 hours per week (flexible working times available)
Pay: £20 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and conscientious cleaner to maintain a commercial property comprising office spaces and a residential house. The successful candidate will take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, residents and visitors.
This is a part-time position of approximately 12 hours per week, with flexibility around working days and times (within the hours of 09:30-16:30).
Equipment and products are supplied.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning offices, meeting spaces and washroom facilities
Cleaning kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms
Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting throughout the property
Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
Be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Be courteous and professional at all times
Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check prior to employment
