Over at Honest Umami we're challenging misconceptions about MSG and making people's food taste better while we're at it. And, excitingly… we're making our first hire!
We're looking for a sales exec to help us grow the brand in independent retail. You'll be:
- visiting new and existing stockists across London
- discovering new places where you think the brand would work well, and finding a way in
- doing samplings and tastings with consumers, to support new and existing listings and spread the word about MSG
There'll also be lots of opportunities to get stuck into a fast-growing food and drink business and for the right person to grow into a bigger role quickly.
Our perfect person is a foodie who spends their spare time discovering new things in food stores, then goes home to cook something amazing from scratch. They're knowledgeable and confident about food and get excited to share their new discoveries and learnings with people.
The role is perfect for a recent grad or someone who's spent a year or two in the food and beverage industry, although we're open to talk to more experienced people too. If you've ever wanted to start your own food business, this role will give you great experience of the sharp end of that.
Practical stuff:
The role is London-based but fully remote. Flexible hours/days. London Living Wage + travel expenses + commission.
Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
