Trainee Primary PE specialist
Hours: Part-time initially (20–25 hours per week), with the opportunity to progress to full-time as you complete your training.

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Trainee Primary PE Specialists.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in primary schools while completing the nationally recognised afPE Level 5 Primary School Physical Education Specialism qualification, fully funded by us.
You'll work alongside experienced PE Specialists, receive ongoing mentoring and develop the skills needed to deliver high-quality PE lessons that inspire children to enjoy being active.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of PE lessons in primary schools.
- Assisting experienced Primary PE Specialists.
- Building confidence leading parts of lessons before progressing to independent delivery.
- Supporting lunchtime, after-school and holiday activity programmes.
- Completing your fully funded professional qualification.
- Developing positive relationships with schools, teachers and pupils.
What we're looking for

- Are reliable, professional and committed to your own development.
- Have good communication and organisational skills.
- Have experience in coaching, education, childcare or sport (desirable but not essential).
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred).
