Trainer Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist
Tigerlily First Aid Training
Full-time | Office-based | Sussex HQ
At Tigerlily First Aid Training, the quality of our trainers defines the quality of every course we deliver. We run thousands of first aid training courses every year through a national network of freelance trainers — and we’re looking for someone exceptional to help us recruit, onboard, and support the people who represent our brand in classrooms across the UK.
This is a role with real influence and responsibility. You’ll own the journey from first application through to fully onboarded, confident course-delivering trainer.
